Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to your use of the Priya Nursery website and to every order you place with us. By using the website or placing an order you agree to them.

Your account

Please give correct details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for orders placed from your account. We may suspend accounts that are misused.

Products

Plants are living products. Their size, shape, colour and number of leaves or flowers may vary slightly from the photos, which are representative. Heights are approximate and measured at dispatch, including the pot.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees. GST and delivery charges, if any, are shown in your cart before you place the order. Payment options are shown at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing errors; if that changes your order, we will contact you before processing it.

Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order if a plant is unavailable, if we cannot deliver to the address, or if the payment fails; any amount paid is then refunded in full.

Offers, combos and coupons

Combo deals are priced as a set: the combo price is shared across the plants in it on your invoice, and coupons do not apply to combo plants. Offers and coupons are valid only for the period and terms shown, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Delivery, cancellation and replacement

Deliveries, cancellations, replacements and refunds follow our Delivery & Packaging, Cancellation and Replacement & Refunds policies.

Content

Text, photos and the Priya Nursery name and logo on this website belong to Priya Nursery and may not be copied without permission.

Liability

Plant care advice on this website is general guidance. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions about them can be sent to info@priyanursery.com.
